FROM THE ARTIST:
The intent is to inspire continued advocacy to hold those responsible for the death of Breonna Taylor accountable. Breonna’s voice was unjustly taken away as casualty of systemic racism, police brutality, and a societal problem that we all have a responsibility to fix. In her absence, we have the responsibility to seek justice and reaffirm her voice. If we continue to stay silent, we are tolerating the racism and injustice that inevitably claimed her life, and the lives so many others. It is this deafening silence that we must break in order to bring change to a broken system that favors inequality. So, continue to say her name—because she cannot—and do not let your silence drown out the calls for justice.
